How to install the Gusit AI chat on your website.

The chat is installed with one line of code. The code with your key comes in the email after sign-up and is also in your dashboard. Paste it once and the chat appears on every page.

Your code looks like this; every site has its own data-key:

The chat only works on the website address you entered at sign-up. If your site opens on another address, write to us and we’ll add it.

WordPress

  1. Install the free WPCode (Insert Headers and Footers) plugin from Plugins → Add New.
  2. Open Code Snippets → Header & Footer.
  3. Paste the code into the Footer box and click Save Changes.

Tilda

  1. Open Site Settings → More.
  2. Next to “HTML code for the HEAD section” click Edit code and paste the code.
  3. Save and republish all pages.

Wix

  1. Open your site dashboard → Settings → Custom Code. This needs a Wix Premium plan and a connected domain.
  2. Click Add Custom Code, paste the code and choose All pages.
  3. Under placement choose “Body - end” and click Apply.

Google Tag Manager

  1. Create a Custom HTML tag and paste the code.
  2. Trigger: All Pages.
  3. Save and publish the container.

Any HTML website

  1. Open your site template (often footer.php or a layout file).
  2. Paste the code before the closing </body> tag.
  3. Save and update the site.

    Describe your business

    Enter your website address: the AI reads your pages and drafts a description of your services, prices and contacts. Edit it if needed.

    Paste one line of code

    Copy the code from the dashboard into your site: any site builder, WordPress or custom site works. The chat appears in the corner of the page.

    The AI handles conversations on its own. When a customer leaves a contact or asks for a person, you get a notification on your phone.

FAQ

The chat didn’t appear. What now?

Reload the page without cache and check that the site is open on the same address you entered at sign-up. If that doesn’t help, write to us in the chat on this page and we’ll sort it out.

Will the chat slow down my site?

No. The code loads asynchronously, after the page itself, and weighs about 10 KB.

Can I add the chat to several websites?

Each website is connected separately, with its own key and plan.
